Kelsey is currently based in Victoria, BC, where she was born and raised by two parents (both teachers), two dogs (both overweight for their tiny size), a chinchilla (prone to seizures), a guinea pig (her sister's), several short-lived goldfish and aquatic snails (what eight-year-old hasn't made that mistake), and a bunny (the devil incarnate). Her sister was also there, but being younger, she was not part of the raising experience.

 

Now Kelsey makes movies.
